From a family-owned palenque (mezcal distillery) built in 1979, the Los Javis Mezcal brand emerged in 2003 to showcase the highest quality agave transformed by time-honored techniques passed down through generations. Handmade in Santiago Matatlán, the world capital of mezcal, Los Javis honors generations of the mezcaleros’ ancestral roots — from roasting pure agave in traditional earthen ovens to tahona crushing and small-scale copper pot distillation.

The Los Javis portfolio spans Espadín to rare wild agaves like Tobala and Tepeztate, offering a rich, terroir-driven experience that reflects authenticity, craftsmanship and deep cultural heritage in every sip.
